Carol Dalton’s Retirement: May 31, 2024
Chaplain Carol Dalton served the correctional center’s residents and staff for 17 years. She was instrumental in establishing some of our most popular and successful programs, besides being part of Ministry of Hope’s solid foundation of love, support, and a “safe space” at WCCW for countless women throughout her time there.
